Joanna, a lawyer by training, HR director in her previous working life became the CEO of CITF- Collaboration, Innovation and Technology Forum in 2015. CITF is a membership organisation for over 3000 technologists working across industries. One of Joanna's first decisions as the CEO was to set up the Gender Balance Group which over the years has influenced organisational practices and worked together to promote best practices. Gender Balance, diversity and inclusion are not just a part of Joanna's working life, they are also her passion and purpose. In particular she focuses on helping remove the barriers to women progressing to leadership roles.
