Previously, she led work on FT's semantic publishing platform, which makes it easy to discover and access all the FT's published content via APIs in a common and flexible format. That project focused on Go, microservices, containerization, Kubernetes, and how to influence teams to do the right things.

Andy Slater, Cloud Specialist, Networkers Andy is the Lead Consultant in the Cloud Infrastructure and amp; Operations team at global recruitment consultancy Networkers. Andy has 6 years of recruitment experience with a focus on Datacentre and Cloud infrastructure, design and consultancy. A genuine tech enthusiast and regular attendee at industry events, he has a keen interest in technology trends and works with a range of enterprise and SEM focused consultancies and MSPs.
Natasha is a DevOps Manager within Accenture's Technology Architecture practice. She has over 7 years experience working on DevOps implementations across industries with a variety of clients ranging from government programmes to clothing retailers. Natasha has worked on a variety of challenging DevOps projects, particularly in the enterprise space tackling everything from complex CRM systems to full digital transformations. Within Accenture's DevOps practice she works in ‘shared-service' style team providing DevOps capabilities and guidance to projects - embracing the ideas of reuse and community to deliver DevOps solutions efficiently for a variety of different industries and technologies. Natasha is also an advocate for LGBT issues operating in a side role as Accenture Pride Lead, helping to foster and build an inclusive working environment.

Terry has had a long career (over 20 years) with Lloyds Banking Group with a proven delivery record in technical delivery roles. Terry entered into IT during a gap year at university and then continued working for the bank after completing his studies in engineering management. He has worked on Workflow systems since 2001, specialising in business process management since 2012 and more recently SOA, CRM.
Terry is currently a Chief Engineer working in the Core Platforms area for Lloyds Banking Group. The capability improvement covers the certifications and soft skills required by engineers to deliver the business needs, while developing the colleagues along their career paths and prepare them for progression.
Terry is experienced in managing large teams of engineers and delivering projects with offshore partners. Terry has been working on DevOps concepts into the Group since 2016 and is a leader for the tools and methods that enable engineering transformation across the group.
